Outlook 2003 Email Setup

1. Open Outlook 2003. When it opens go to Tools>Email Accounts.

2. Select “Add a new e-mail account” and click Next.

3. Select POP3 and click Next.

4.Make your screen match ours. If you are using our Spam Filtering Service, then the incoming mail server name is newsmtp.tranquility.net. Click Next and then Finish. If you are using Tranquility to connect to the Internet then you are finished. If you are checking your email from a location that uses a provider other than Tranquility then continue to Step 5. If you have trouble checking your email then contact us.

5. Select Tools and then Email Accounts.

6. Select View or change existing e-mail accounts and then click Next.

8. Select your account and click Change.

9.Click on the More Settings button.

10.Click on the Outgoing Server tab and make sure your screen matches ours. Click on the Advanced tab.

11. Make your screen match ours and then click Ok. Click Next. Click Finish. You have now finished setting up your email for advanced settings. If you have trouble checking your email then contact us.
