We are no longer able to service walk-in requests. All office visits must be scheduled ahead of time. To schedule a time please feel free to contact us during our normal support hours Monday through Friday

On-Site Support

On-site support is available and after an initial phone consultation in limited regions, and are by appointment only. Trip charges and standard hourly billing rates apply.

Please Note: Networking, installing, assembling, or setting up your computer or modem are available for an additional charge.


Remote Support

Sometimes its just faster and easier for us to help you through Remote Support, this is for two main reasons.

One, if the problem is un-resolvable in 15-20 minutes of phone support, it is much faster for us to access your computer remotely.

We try to respond to your email within 24 business hours. It is our goal to answer your questions the same day (usually within hours) if at all possible.
