FileZilla FTP

1. Click on “Start” and the “All Programs”

2. Navigate to the program “FileZilla

3. In the “Host” field type in the address that was provided to you along with your username and password. Set your port to 21 and then click quick connect.

4. If you have successfully connected then you will see your public web folder (public_html) on the right hand side of the screen (Remote Computer). You will be able to transfer files to and from the left hand side of the screen (Your computer). If you are having trouble please give us a call so that we can help you troubleshoot the issue.
