1. Open Outlook 2010 or 2013.
2. Click on the File menu.
3. Click on Add Account.
4. Make sure E-mail Account is selected. Enter your name, email address and password. Your email address will look like “JohnDoe@tnetmail.net”. Click Next.
5. You should see the correct settings populate automatically. If you receive a popup asking for your username and password, please double-check the password is spelled correctly.
6. Click finish.
