Tnet Mail Outlook 2013 Setup

To access your email in Outlook 2010 or 2013, follow these steps:

1. Open Outlook 2010 or 2013.

2. Click on the File menu.

3. Click on Add Account.

4.  Make sure E-mail Account is selected. Enter your name, email address and password.  Your email address will look like “JohnDoe@tnetmail.net”.  Click Next.

5. You should see the correct settings populate automatically.  If you receive a popup asking for your username and password, please double-check the password is spelled correctly. 

6.  Click finish.

7. If you run into problems or need to troubleshoot your email, the detailed server settings are found under More Settings…:

  • Your Name: Enter your name as you would like it to appear in the “From” field of outgoing messages.
  • Email Address: Enter your full email address (youremail@tnetmail.net)
  • Select IMAP for Account Type
  • Incoming mail server (IMAP): mailman.tranquility.net, port 993
  • Outgoing mail server (SMTP): mailman.tranquility.net, port 587
  • Login Information: 
    • User Name: Enter your full email address
    • Password: Password used to log into the portal
