Tnet Mail Outlook 2013 Setup


To access your email in Outlook 2010 or 2013, follow these steps:

1. Open Outlook 2010 or 2013.

2. Click on the File menu.

3. Click on Add Account.

4.  Make sure E-mail Account is selected. Enter your name, email address and password.  Your email address will look like “”.  Click Next.

5. You should see the correct settings populate automatically.  If you receive a popup asking for your username and password, please double-check the password is spelled correctly. 

6.  Click finish.

7. If you run into problems or need to troubleshoot your email, the detailed server settings are found under More Settings…:

  • Your Name: Enter your name as you would like it to appear in the “From” field of outgoing messages.
  • Email Address: Enter your full email address (
  • Select IMAP for Account Type
  • Incoming mail server (IMAP):, port 993
  • Outgoing mail server (SMTP):, port 587
  • Login Information: 
    • User Name: Enter your full email address
    • Password: Password used to log into the portal
