Our free phone support is available from: 8:00 am – 8:00 pm Monday through Friday 9:00 am – 4:00 pm Saturday 10:00 am – 4:00 pm Sunday

Phone support is designed to answer basic operational questions and provide service related troubleshooting. When you call, please have the following information:

  • Your Account ID
  • Your operating system and version (2000, XP, Vista, 7 or Mac)

On-Site Support

On-site support is available and after an initial phone consultation in limited regions, and are by appointment only. Trip charges and standard hourly billing rates apply.

Please Note: Networking, installing, assembling, or setting up your computer or modem are available for an additional charge.

 

Remote Support

Sometimes its just faster and easier for us to help you through Remote Support, this is for two main reasons.

One, if the problem is un-resolvable in 15-20 minutes of phone support, it is much faster for us to access your computer remotely.
